Basix API Methods

• call_external: creates a new call in the PBX by calling a PSTN number and connecting whoever answers the call to a specified destination
• call_group: creates a new call in the PBX by calling a group and connecting the person who answers the call to a specified destination
• call_user: creates a new call in the PBX by calling a user and connecting him/her to a specified destination
• check_domain_night_mode: checks current status the domain night mode
• check_group_night_mode: checks current status of a group night mode
• check_token: checks if your API token is valid
• gen_callrecording_url: generates temporary URL for callrecording access
• gen_ws_ticket: generates a ticket to be passed to a third-party app so that a WebSocket connection can be established with your Basix PBX
• get_callcenter_report: gets CallCenter Report
• initiate_call: creates a call in the PBX
• ws_cti: opens a WebSocket connection to receive CTI events from your Basix PBX
• ws_transcription: opens a WebSocket connection to receive real-time transcription of calls in your Basix PBX
